Hey, don't get upset. When liberal Democrats threatened to run ads against moderates party members who were holding out on health care reform, nine-fingered senior Obama adviser and noted sender-of-threatening-dead-fishes Rahm Emmanuel reportedly responded with two words: "Fucking" and "retarded."
Biden should remember the words of John Nance Garner, vice-president under Franklin Roosevelt, who said: "The vice-presidency isn't worth a pitcher of warm piss." Joe has sure proven that point!

The Morning-After Pill
The Morning after the big House Vote!
The morning-after pill is certainly hard to swallow. You just have to grin and bear it for now, until the November 2010 elections.
Now that the Democrats have taken over care of Nationalizing Health, they have moved on in trying to arrange everyone's life right down to how we dress.
You can't see Nancy Peolosi because she is up in the carrier top going through arranging things with Harry Reid and Obama.....
Everything seems to be a bit in disarray, but then, that is quite normal these days in the House and Senate. We have been told that we better get used to monkey business as usual because that is what it is all about now.
Remember Gary Hart's (D-Colo.) failed 1988 Presidential run? Daring the press to "put a tail on me" was Hart's first mistake. The second was a picture showing up with his girl friend Donna Rice on his knee aboard a luxury yacht, aptly named "Monkey Business".

In a stunning example of the level of arrogance and disregard for personal liberty coming out of Washington, more of the facts on Nancy Pelosi’s version of Obamacare are coming to light and they aren’t pretty. Furthermore, the non-partisan Congressional Budget Office estimates that the lowest cost family non-group plan under Pelosi’s “affordable health care” will cost $15,000 in 2016.
First and foremost, this legislation contains an mandate that you maintain a “level of acceptable health insurance” all year or face fines and possible jail time for continued non-compliance.
The failure to comply with the individual mandate to buy health insurance contained in the Obama Health Care Bill (H.R. 3962, as amended) could land people in jail. Americans who do not maintain “acceptable health insurance coverage” and who choose not to pay the bill’s new individual mandate tax (generally 2.5% of income), are subject to numerous civil and criminal penalties, including criminal fines of up to $250,000 and imprisonment of up to five years.
“H.R. 3962 provides that an individual (or a husband and wife in the case of a joint return) who does not, at any time during the taxable year, maintain acceptable health insurance coverage for himself or herself and each of his or her qualifying children is subject to an additional tax.” [page 1]
“If the government determines that the taxpayer’s unpaid tax liability results from willful behavior, the following penalties could apply…” [page 2]
Prosecution is authorized under the Code for a variety of offenses. Depending on the level of the noncompliance, the following penalties could apply to an individual:
• Section 7203 – misdemeanor willful failure to pay is punishable by a fine of up to $25,000 and/or imprisonment of up to one year.
• Section 7201 – felony willful evasion is punishable by a fine of up to $250,000 and/or imprisonment of up to five years.”

"China's current policy is out-and-out protectionism." This was said by the "most liberal" Senator according to National Journal Magazine. Why didn't Obama address the currency issue first? He did not even know or what to do about it.

Attempting to pressure China to raise the value of its currency, U.S. lawmakers, backed up with bi-partisan support, introduced legislation this week that could lead to retaliatory trade barriers against Chinese-made products. Is the 1930 Smoot-Hawley Tariff Act that caused the Collapse of World Trade during the Great Depression being floated again? Our lawmakers don't learn from history or simply don't know about it? Guess it is so. Sad.
If the Chinese government does allow its currency to appreciate, analysts widely agree the move would benefit the U.S. economy, creating a more competitive trade market, while potentially generating hundreds of thousands of American jobs. Honestly, who cares about the U.S.?
Currently China is facing two large regions uprising against the Central Government for more jobs with an overheated economy that requires even more exporting to feed their hunger for more jobs. Obama has not a clue on how to handle the unwieldy Chinese situation.

General Electric Corporation is a huge Obama financial supporter under Jeffrey R. Immelt, the chairman and CEO. It is taking over the behemoth electronic filing and computer processing for the nation's new massive Health Care System paperwork system. What a coup de grâce, a finishing stroke for all the voters! This an earmark, big time payback from Obama to Immelt. Wait until you get the bill for this expenditure!

Reagan's showing in the televised debates boosted his campaign. He seemed more at ease, mocking President Carter's criticisms with remarks like "There you go again." Perhaps his most influential remark was a closing question to the audience, during a time of skyrocketing global oil prices and highly unpopular Federal Reserve interest rate hikes, "Are you better off today than you were four years ago?"
I wonder who will ask that question about Obama in the next Presidential debates?
