In a sense, the litigator thinks of a case as linear, with a clear beginning and end while the trial lawyer looks at his case from the end game. By now, every voter should acknowledge that all moves by Obama, a Harvard University lawyer with lengthy Civil Rights trial experience, should be considered expert in "end-game" tactics. Obama never wastes any play, knows the expected outcome of each and aims all moves toward the final stages of the chess game to win.
Obama wants to pass his Federal Public Health Option Bill intact. So, has Obama devised an end game plan? I believe it is already in play. Obama has appointed a cabinet of 44 Czars now with 7 more to be added, none elected. Obama's strategy is to leak certain Czar profiles to keep his opponents crazy and busy running after these empty suits., i.e., Van Jones, the Green Jobs Czar. Obama is genius because he can then throw another Czar under the bus every week as he continues on with his socialist programs behind all of the brouhaha.
Meanwhile, Obama realizing falling poll numbers relate to his package for a Healthcare Bill legacy has Speaker Peolosi float the "Trigger" option inside Obama's new "Bi-Partisan" Healthcare Insurance Bill package. Speaker Pelosi warns the Insurance Industry that if it cannot regulate itself, then this "Trigger" will fire off the "Public Option" inside this bill. Speaker Pelosi does not mention who mandates the "Trigger" to be pulled. What, is this a Trojan Horse?
Obama keeps his eye on the end game. Do you? Check, Check Mate! Hmmn...........

Very good observations. Think they will use another Czar for the Cap and Trade bill coming up? They say they are delaying any action until next month.
Only time will tell for the Cap and Trade bill. LOL! Obama changes his strategies so much it is anyone's guess though.
44 Czars? And that Islamic Commie B. Husain Obama has appointed these shadow-government autocrats under our collective noses? Didn’t the Communists overthrow the Czar in 1917? So come on tea-partiers, make up your minds, is Obama an Islamo-Fascist or Chairman Mao?
Most neocons are filled with righteous anger now that we’re stuck with a foreign-born mulatto President, hailing from the Hawaiian Republic, who wants all American citizens to be covered by healthcare? My God, what a horror! Thank God Squeaky Fromm is out of prison!
So as the “Real Americans” have been known to say at their respective Tea Parties: “Let’s get back to an America that was originally set-up by our founding fathers. A glorious republic that only allowed white male landowners the vote, women were property and Obama would be either picking cotton at Tara or serving Scarlet O’Hara IV another bourbon and branch on the verandah!”

Well, I guess the Liberal Devil said it all. Or better, showed exactly who and what opposes our Constitutional foundations. Better yet, it illustrates the inane dribble that spews from ignorant uneducated minds that have done nothing and have contributed the same to society. They are space takers that will die and their vacuum will be exhausted into the atmosphere with no net effects. Sad.
