Listening to the recent White House press conferences, Obama proves he has not taken a Business 101 Basics course. Obama was highly critical while calling on the banks to loan more money to get the jobs created to jump-start the economy to grow. The bankers retorted back, "But, no one is presently asking for any loans."
What Obama dismisses, as a radical socialist, is the business basics rule that companies do not borrow money to hire employees or to push for expansion in a down economy with no significant consumer demand and the pending uncertainty of looming Federal Big Government regulations and taxes.
Obama needs no criticism from anyone, he is failing by his own measure. Just when Obama said his TARP money created jobs, Robert Gibbs, his spokeshole, now states that a 9.5% unemployment rate will linger throughout all of 2010. Obama's Federal spending programs portend our future, an upcoming big "double dip" depression cycle with big Federal Government regulations and higher taxes.

The Cloward-Piven Strategy
I believe I have "The Answer" to "My Question" that is on everyone's mind: "Why does it now seem like our Executive Branch of the Federal Government is running rampant in an all out panic to pass these huge spending bills with no details before any prudent Legislative reviews or oversights and with no regard to the concerns of the voters"?
I found a very interesting piece by Richard Poe entitled “The Cloward-Piven Strategy” that I thought might be worthy for "The Answer".
The Cloward-Piven Strategy may be old hat to the liberal intelligentsia, but I had never heard of it. All I do know is that it all sounded and looked so familiar as I read about the strategy. Scary! It will be interesting to read what others know about this topic.
Richard Andres Cloward and Frances Fox Piven - two Columbia University sociologists - first proposed this strategy in 1966 as a means to bring about the collapse of the capitalist state by bankrupting it. They reasoned that the number of Americans on the welfare rolls probably represented only a small fraction of those eligible for welfare. If enough people could be persuaded to demand what was "owed" them, the system would simply be overwhelmed, precipitating a "profound financial and political crisis."
Poe places the Cloward-Piven Strategy in the context of so-called "Trojan Horse movements":
- mass movements whose outward purpose seems to be providing material help to the downtrodden, but whose real objective is to draft people into service as revolutionary foot soldiers; to mobilize poor people en masse to overwhelm government agencies with a flood of demands beyond the capacity of those agencies to meet. The flood of demands was calculated to break the budget, jam the bureaucratic gears into gridlock, and bring the system crashing down. Fear, turmoil, violence and economic collapse would accompany such a breakdown -- providing perfect conditions for fostering radical change. That was the theory.
The "Voting Rights Movement" is another Trojan Horse, according to Poe. Organizations like Project VOTE, ACORN, and Human SERVE lobbied for the Motor-Voter law signed into law by Clinton in 1993. According to Poe, the Motor-Voter bill has swamped the voter rolls with "dead wood" - invalid registrations signed in the name of deceased, ineligible or non-existent people -- thus opening the door to the unprecedented levels of voter fraud and "voter disenfranchisement" claims that followed in subsequent elections.
Mass voter registration drives combined with the systematic intimidation of election officials (frivolous lawsuits, unfounded charges of racism and disenfranchisement, violent street protests) "have introduced a level of fear, tension and foreboding to U.S. elections heretofore encountered mainly in Third World countries."
Another Trojan Horse movement is the "Immigration Reform Movement" which resulted in massive protests throughout the United States. Protesters claimed that proponents of legislation that would make it a felony to be in the U.S. illegally, impose new penalties on employers who hire illegal aliens, and build a physical barrier to impede the flow of illegals across our southern border were hate-mongering racist xenophobes who sought to deprive them of their "right" to live and work in this country.
If it walks, quacks and looks like a duck, it looks like the largest Liberal Socialist Government takeover ever in United States history! Conservatives must unify behind a Conservative Leader with Conservative beliefs and retake the Party leadership and values. Let's get out to the polls and retake our country in 2010!

A Train Wreck Ready to Happen
We might be in the final stages of the Islamization of Europe. This not only is a clear and present danger to the future of Europe itself, it is a threat to America and the sheer survival of the West. The United States as the last bastion of Western civilization, is facing an Islamic Europe.
I feel like I am slowly watching a train wreck happening to our world's society. One fully loaded inbound freight train is jam filled with Muslim Jihadists, the other is an outbound light passenger train of Christian and Infidels.
At the USA train station, I am standing next to the tracks watching those passenger train cars going by me in such a fast blur as they race on ahead into the fog of night and to their final destination ahead, a speeding incoming freight train. The passengers on the train won't even know what hit them until it is too late.
The only chance is to switch tracks, but the inexperienced conductor, asleep at the switch himself, snoozes as the train steams down the tracks chugging, "Yes we can!"; "Yes we can!"; "Yes we can!"; "Yes we can!" as the whistle blows loudly into the night, Obammmah!, Obammmah!, Obammmah!.............

Tea & Coffee
You Liberals out there: Forget about the Tea Baggers and better start worrying about the Coffee Drinkers, the folks who have finally woke up and smelled the coffee! LOL!
Politicians voting for all of these crazy spending bills will be losing their seats in the next elections. Obama should worry about his other bigger problem. Currently, Obama keeps out of his limelight Hilary Clinton and sends her out of the country far away because she is his worst nightmare that is a brewing. She is a huge potential presidential adversary whose political clock is ticking away fast like a time bomb.
Obama, as a lightweight lame-duck candidate, will lose against shrewd Hillary, a rough and tumble, eye gouging, nail scratching, bitch of a street fighter that doesn't fight fair at all. I'd put my bets on Hillary to save the Demos from total demise in the next Presidential election meltdown.
You go Obama, you now own it, with your 10.2% to 17.9% unemployment rate (Depending if you forget about the people who have run out of the dole and given up on looking for jobs) that has been counted as a bust for the TARP and a real political disaster that the voters will remember.
Obama's fast, sweet, charmin' type talk ain't gonna cut it when personal taxes go through your roof literally. Especially, under your own roof, with the Cap & Trade Bill's expensive New House license you have to renew every year and pay for like your Car, Boat, Fishing, Hunting licenses. You will have a "Label" that has to be conspicuously displayed on your property indicating energy efficiency and federal law compliance to the construction of your home.The label cost is starting out at $200.00 and will no doubt go up each year. Start measuring your square footage! LOL! Loser Obama is a REAL L-O-S-E-R!
The Congressional Budget Office (supposedly non-partisan) estimates that in a few years the Cap & Trade average cost to every family of four will be $6,800 or more per year. No one is excluded. It is nice and high with various methods of forced compliance like stiff fines, property seizure and Federal prison time for offenders. LOL! Gotta luv him, Mister OBAMA! OH! OH! OH! OBAMA! LOL!
Gotta add, that once Obama sees his lower income earners getting the squeeze and he is gonna lose their vote, he'll give them the refunds and write-offs while the middle class, over $35,000 per year gets the hit. LOL! Oh-Oh-Oh-Obama! Income redistribution! Yea!

Important Notice for America's Future
Well, are you tired of yet another Obama plan for Climate Change for America? Here it is...Obama is ready in December to sign a World Government Treaty agreement to create a World Government body to control C02 through our American economy.
The Treaty of Copenhagen, in present draft form, would create an unelected World Government with direct power over all financial and trading markets, and direct power to intervene over the heads of elected governments in the economic and environmental affairs of all nations signing the Treaty. It would require wealthier nations to redistribute up to 2% of their annual gross domestic product to third-world countries in imagined reparation for imaginary "climate debt" - and all this just as final scientific proof becomes available that CO2 has a tiny and harmless warming effect. Obama's Media Boondoggle
The media "Fairness Doctrine" is the next power-grab boondoggle on the horizon for Obama's program. Some countries currently have these government media programs.
Iran's elite Revolutionary Guard Corps, already an economic, political and military power, is quietly pushing into a new domain: the media. A plan to launch Atlas, a news agency modeled on services such as the Associated Press and the British Broadcasting Corp. The Revolutionary Guard Corps, whose primary role is internal security, has extended its power into the political, business and media arenas.
Brig. Gen. Mohammad Reza Naqdi, the head of the Basij, a Revolutionary Guard volunteer task force, announced what he called a new era of "super media power" cooperation between the media and the Revolutionary Guards with the aim to control the official account of events coming out of Iran and offer a counter narrative to reports published by independent and reformist media outlets.
The Revolutionary Guard now understands that their political power is interconnected to media power, and they want to control public opinion. Well, Obama already knows that too. So, bring on the new FCC Diversity Czar Mark Lloyd and the Obama "Fairness Doctrine"!

Contemplate Your Navel
This was a bright sunny day in Conservatism. The Virginia and New Jersey voters rejected all the Liberal Democrats and the overt Obama Presidential pandering along with the negative attacks by Barrack and his gang of White House cronies. How does Rahm Emanuel feel this morning? The voters don't buy anymore that "Blame it on Bush" strategy or the stupid inane "Tear down Palin" comments. It is now the reality that everyone can depend on the Obama "Change" that has been wrought on the United States and its over taxed citizens.
In New York's Special 23rd District race, Republican Assemblywoman Dede Scozzafava, who supports gay rights and abortion rights and had embraced some Democratic economic policies like the federal stimulus package was labeled as too liberal by many conservatives. She first withdrew from the race and then urged her supporters to vote for Democrat Bill Owens instead of Conservative Doug Hoffman. Scozzafava is a RINO! (Republican In Name Only)
Dede's late withdrawal timing was suspicious, possibly preplanned, since the ballots had already been printed and early results showed her picking up 6 percent which skewed the vote. In the end, it was unclear how many were protest votes and how many simply did not know she had left the race. The three person race definitely skewed the results. Hmmn.... Final Tally: Owens 49% to Hoffman 46%. Hardly a Democrat landslide or mandate! LOL!
The Obama slogan, "Yes we can!" has gone to "What have I done?" Obama is the worst President in all of the 233 years of the United States of America. Obama now holds the nation's Presidential record for creating more debt than all the past Presidents combined, the largest Federal budget deficit ever. Wow!

The Pakistan-Vietnam Solution
How should the issue of sending in more troops into Pakistan be handled? Maybe the USA should nuke the entire country of Pakistan and thereby eliminate the corrupt Karzai government, poppy growing and selling peoples, starving and displaced populations, radical fundamentalist Muslims, Osama Bin Laden, al Qaeda and dirty, dusty, old buildings, mosques and houses. Would that all be considered politically incorrect? At least then, Barrack wouldn't have to rack his brain anymore on whether to send or not send in troops.
At the same time, with Pakistan gone, it would create a nuclear DMZ radioactive barrier between Pakistan and the Iran, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and China borders. Boy, there are a whole lot of real bad boy nations that are all within striking distance of the Karzai regime. No wonder this whole war is so volatile and complicated.
And now, here we have Hillary and Barrack who both have no experience whatsoever in either backgrounds to figure out the important military strategies and won't listen to Obama's hand picked Lieutenant General Stanley McChrystal. Sad for the world. Even sadder for the United States and our soldiers since we are in it to go after the al Qaeda with a President Lyndon Johnson, no-win, political Vietnam style fighting attitude after the Tet Offensive.
If you recall, the 1968 Tet Offensive was militarily a defeat for the Vietnamese Communists; it had weakened them very substantially. However, in public relations it was a Communist victory. The Communists committed atrocities, of course; the Communists killed several thousand civilians in the city of Hue during the period they held parts of that city. That and other unreported U.S. battlefield victories, however, did not happen within sight of American television cameras since anti-war U.S. media bias prevailed.
One might reasonably say that in the long run the Tet Offensive was a victory for the Communists, because of the way it reduced the American will to fight. U.S. General Westmoreland asked for more troops in Vietnam too and did not get them and the USA finally withdrew.
Hmn..........sure sounds familiar today about Obama and Pakistan too. The problem here is different in that it leaves the al Qaeda free to plan another attack on U.S. soil, something that the Viet Cong never did and had no interest in ever doing. My message to Obama: Either piss or get off the pot!

You Didn't Ask for a Real Pony!
I bet you didn't know that those cute Ally Bank ads that mock their banking competitors will be reined in according to Federal Reserve regulators. You know, the ads with the little girl that is given a "toy" pony and the other girl is given a "real" pony. Then, at the end of the ad the sweet little sneer the girl with the "toy" pony gives the banker for telling her "She didn't ask for a real pony".
Ally Bank was swimming in money to loan and turning a profit thanks to those ads and some of the highest interest rates on deposits. Its ailing parent company, GMAC Financial Services which accepted the TARP Bailout dough is regretting it did it now.
The Fed is pushing Ally to reduce its interest rates and to increase their back-up reserves to force them to take billions more in federal aid from the Treasury Department; digging it further into debt and hindering it to bail itself out. Hello Timmy Geithner, you fountain of knowledge. Don't you know that this will cause the Federal Government to take over the financing of autos in the United States big time? Oops, sorry, I now see why you are making unreasonable demands on this institution now. It is just more government takeover without all of the unnecessary fanfare.

Obama's Windmills
Would Obama and David Axelrod get their stories straight about who is the Republican Party leader? Just a mere three months ago they were crowing that Rush Limbaugh was the head of the Republicans and leading the party to the right. Many voters , rightfully so, concluded otherwise that the Republicans of late have been without a cohesive leadership or singular leader as of yet.
David Axelrod is a senior adviser in the White House. His title does little to capture his full importance to President Obama. His voice, and political advice, carries more weight than most anyone else's on the president's payroll.

Now, quite laughably, the same David Axelrod on another Sunday morning news interview retorted that, "Limbaugh is just an entertainer!". What happened to "Head of the Republican Party"? Hmmn........... Maybe Barrack and David have changed their strategy yet again to suit the moment?
David Axelrod is a senior adviser in the White House. His title does little to capture his full importance to President Obama. His voice, and political advice, carries more weight than most anyone else's on the president's payroll.
The circle around Mr. Obama has grown exponentially since he arrived in the White House. An army of new assistants, deputies and advisers surrounds him, but it is Mr. Axelrod who sits the closest to the Oval Office. His proximity is a symbol of how close he remains to Mr. Obama. He was Mr. Obama's top campaign strategist in the 2008 elections.

"You Lie" is the Truth!
We are all in for quite a government ride when Obama and his ilk get that Government Health Care Bill passed.
Read the biased news spin in The Times Magazine article on Obama Health Care in the House Chamber.
"The President's seemingly simple statement that "the reforms I am proposing would not apply to those who are here illegally" is not hard to check. In the Senate Finance Committee's working framework for a health plan, which Obama's speech seemed most to mimic, there is the line, "No illegal immigrants will benefit from the health care tax credits." Similarly, the major health-care-reform bill to pass out of committee in the House, H.R. 3200, contains Section 246, which is called "NO FEDERAL PAYMENT FOR UNDOCUMENTED ALIENS."
The article does not say this bill, however, is overridden by the Federal Supreme Court Laws currently in place. Obama and the Senate Finance Committee just doesn't mention this fact either! Press Spin?
According to Judge Napolitano, a Federal Judge, who is a Fox News contributor, just said two days ago that it already is a Federal Law that any U.S. government programs offered to its citizens must be given to anyone residing within our borders regardless of citizenship. The Judge added further that Obama, being a lawyer himself, knows this fact and chose not to bring it up since it was not mentioned in the bill itself. So, every health law that Obama passes is immediately available to undocumented aliens. Nice, huh?

When Representative Joe Wilson, a little-known Republican and Army Reserve veteran from South Carolina shouted, "You Lie!", at the nation's Commander in Chief on the night of Sept. 9, heads snapped. The House chamber took a collective gasp. Nancy Pelosi, sitting behind Obama, tensed and scowled as if she had just witnessed a crime, her disgust unhidden.

Did I hear that correctly? They can't make a profit and so the taxpayer foots their bills? That doesn't make me happy or feel very comfortable that the Federal Government will now control newspapers and influence the content too. Oh well, there goes the traditional adversarial role that the free press has enjoyed for over 200 hundred years to question our government's actions.
Sen. Ben Cardin (D-Md.) has introduced S. 673, the so-called "Newspaper Revitalization Act," that would give outlets tax deals if they were to restructure as 501(c)(3) corporations. That bill has so far attracted one cosponsor, Cardin's Maryland colleague Sen. Barbara Mikulski (D). (Both Liberals)
White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs had played down the possibility of government assistance for news organizations, which have been hit by an economic downturn and dwindling ad revenue. I can understand why the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Chicago Tribune and other liberal publications are having such a rough time these days because of their political bias. To be fair and balanced to those printed papers, besides the drift towards immediate access to news from the Internet, cable, radio and Kindle, it is truly the economy, but also those papers figuring how to retool the way they deliver news too.
In early May, Gibbs dodged the issue and said that while he hadn't asked the president specifically about bailout options for newspapers, "I don't know what, in all honesty, government can do about it." I don't believe Gibbs for a minute after learning on July 28, 2009 they picked Mark Lloyd for Federal Communications Commission Czar. (See "In 5 Minutes it's Gone", my Aug 16 Blog on this guy)
Obama said that good journalism is "critical to the health of our democracy," but expressed concern toward growing trends in reporting -- especially on political blogs, from which a groundswell of support for his campaign emerged during the presidential election. Who elected Obama as the National Minister of Information here?
"I am concerned that if the direction of the news is all blogosphere, all opinions, with no serious fact-checking, no serious attempts to put stories in context, that what you will end up getting is people shouting at each other across the void but not a lot of mutual understanding," Obama said.
Again, Obama, a politician, is lecturing the American public on honesty and putting stories in context. Hello, National Health Plan, TARP Bailout, Auto Bailout, Insurance Bailout? Save your stories for your newspapers and insert them in the funnies section.

If you will recall, the Cap and Trade Bill was passed in a big hurry by Obama. Everyone talked about the "Carbon Footprints" that we all make by our lifestyle choices, i.e., car miles = gasoline usage; heating & electricity = fuels consumed; clothes or food you buy = energy is utilized in manufacturing, etc. As you can see, this so-called "Carbon Tax" is a surtax on everything you personally use to force you to use less by imposing this Federal Tax Law or you pay more.
Now, did you know this same tax bill has still a bigger impact on your life? It contains the "Carbon Tax" on imported goods into the United States and that adds to your personal tax burden further. In Obama's Stimulus Bill the "Buy American" provision further limits imports from being bought in the United States which increases more cost to Americans. The big Labor Unions' anti-trade views dominate the Democrat Congress and liberal think tanks and protectionism is now justified. This is the cornerstone of Obama Trade Doctrine, by a President that is ignorant who does not look at the past 80 years of trade history and realize it is very wrong.
During the Depression years of 1929 to 1939, FDR had these same policies and late in his administration they were finally rescinded which turned world trade around that went forward until now. The reality now is that it will be "every country for itself" during a major global recession, so get ready for the next war, the "Global Trade Wars"!

Obama - Second Verse The Same As The First
September 13, 2009 - 60 Minutes - NBC Network.
Steve Kroft interviews the president at an important time in his presidency at the White House.
You can see the whole interview by clicking on the link above. In reviewing the entire interview, it did not bring up anything really new than what has already been said at the house speech this week. I found two points in passing that Obama made as amusing and dangerous too.
On Steve Kroft asking about the cost of his Federal takeover programs as perceived by the voters and Obama defined as "the folks taking in the sticker shock". The other when Steve Kroft asked about the outburst in his speech along with the course interaction between both political parties and Obama said "figuring out civility is interesting and a work in progress."
Both comments were sophomoric and naive showing a true lack of Presidential experience or Executive understanding on why voters have reacted to these over-the-top costs and the outrage that is fueling their frustrations about a President and Democrat party that is not listening to them.
A word of caution here, Obama's comment of "figuring out civility is interesting and a work in progress" can be interpreted as his next step is to quiet opposition through the "Fair Practice Doctrine" that is being worked on in the background presently by our new FCC Czar.
As of July 29, 2009, with no public fanfare, Obama did anoint Mark Lloyd your new Federal Communication's Czar. He will dictate all terms through Official Executive Federal Orders issued without any consultation of the American People who are expected to obey without their approval for total Federal Controls of all Communications Airwaves and its content.
"Localism" is a nebulous FCC regulatory requirement that radio stations must meet to get and keep their broadcast licenses. How it is defined and enforced is wide open to the interpretation of whomever is doing the enforcing. It can mean something benign like airing local public service announcements, or it can be used as a weapon by activists to punish, harangue and ultimately shut down stations they don't like.
In a follow-up essay to the CAP report entitled "Forget the Fairness Doctrine," Lloyd specifically instructs liberal activists to do the latter - use the "localism" requirement to harass conservative stations by filing complaints with the FCC. The FCC would then assess these stations fines, with the money going to (very liberal) public broadcasting.

Medicare for Dummies
When American political discourse has reached the point where a congressman shouts “You lie!” at the president during a nationally televised address, it must be a sign that the stakes are running pretty high. The political cost to Democrats will be enormous if nothing passes. Such a failure would demoralize the Democrats and energize their opposition and lead to losses in 2010 midterm elections. So, this huge train wreck is going to happen; it is only a matter of how big.
Just like ACORN workers getting a brothel funded, another Community Organizer is getting his program funded too. I must take my hat off to the WSJ for their editorial. Some things are said so well that they bear repeating:

President Barack Obama addresses a joint session of Congress on Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2009.
Mr. Obama called for "civility" in debate even as he calls the arguments of his critics "lies." So in the spirit of civility, we won't accuse the President of lying about Medicare. We'll just say his claims bear little relation to anything true.
As astonishing, Mr. Obama claimed he can finance universal health care without adding "one dime to the deficit, now or in the future, period," in large part by pumping money out of Medicare. The $880 billion Senate plan he all but blessed this week would cut Medicare by as much as $500 billion, mainly by cutting what Mr. Obama called "waste and abuse." Perhaps this is related to the "waste and abuse" that Congresses of both parties have targeted dozens of times without ever cutting it.
Apparently this time Mr. Obama means it, though he said this doesn't mean seniors should listen to "demagoguery and distortion" about Medicare cuts. That's because Medicare is a "sacred trust," and the President swore to "ensure that you—America's seniors—get the benefits you've been promised."
So no cuts, for anyone—except, that is, for the 24% of senior beneficiaries who are enrolled in the Medicare Advantage program, which Democrats want to slash by $177 billion or more because it is run by private companies. Mr. Obama called that money "unwarranted subsidies in Medicare that go to insurance companies—subsidies that do everything to pad their profits but don't improve the care of seniors."
In fact, Advantage does provide better care, which is one reason that enrollment has doubled since 2003. It's true that the program could be better designed, with more competitive bidding and quality bonuses. But Advantage's private insurers today provide the kind of care that Mr. Obama said he would mandate that private insurers provide for the nonelderly—"to cover, with no extra charge, routine checkups and preventative care."
Advantage plans have excelled at filling in the gaps of the a la carte medicine of traditional Medicare, contracting with doctors and hospitals to coordinate care and improve quality and covering items such as vision, hearing and management of chronic illness. If seniors in Advantage lose this coverage because of the 14% or 15% budget cut that Mr. Obama favors, well, that's "waste and abuse."
Mr. Obama did also promise to create "an independent commission of doctors and medical experts charged with identifying more waste in the years ahead." That kind of board is precisely what has many of the elderly worried about government rationing of treatment: As ever-more health costs are financed by taxpayers, something will eventually have to give on care the way it has in every other state-run system.
But Mr. Obama told seniors not to pay attention to "those scary stories about how your benefits will be cut, especially since some of the folks who are spreading these tall tales have fought against Medicare in the past and just this year supported a budget that would essentially have turned Medicare into a privatized voucher program."
This is a partisan swipe at one of the best GOP ideas to rationalize the federal budget, despite Mr. Obama's accusations that his opponents want to do "nothing." This reform would get Medicare out of the business of spending one out of five U.S. health dollars, and instead give the money directly to seniors to buy insurance to encourage them to be more conscious of cost and value within a limited budget. Democrats would rather have seniors dance to decisions made by his unelected "commission of doctors and medical experts."

Obama vs. Big Bad Insurance Companies
Obama is sure right about the "The time is for games is passed" because he has already played them on the voters at the beginning of August, 2009 and what you are seeing is just smoke and mirrors now. All the Senators and Congressmen on both sides know its a sham too. Why don't you?
It is absolutely amazing how the American Public has been totally misled by Obama into these national debates to believe that he is fighting off the big, bad, insurance companies and their greed. He is actually doing the side show routine to distract you while the stage is set for the final act. In fact, you have absolutely nothing to do with the outcome of this final act. Hey fool, you are there to only clap and applaud at the end that it was a job well done.
Instead, while you read the following article, it shows how big government has already cuts its deals far in advance of when the "final" decisions are to be made in the senate. Why hasn't Obama mentioned these deals in his town hall meetings?

Obama and The Health Insurers have already won!

As the health reform fight shifts this month from a vacationing Washington to congressional districts and local airwaves around the country, much more of the battle than most people realize is already over. The likely victors are insurance giants such as UnitedHealth Group (UNH), Aetna (AET), and WellPoint (WLP). The carriers have succeeded in redefining the terms of the reform debate to such a degree that no matter what specifics emerge in the voluminous bill Congress may send to President Obama this fall, the insurance industry will emerge more profitable. Health reform could come with a $1 trillion price tag over the next decade, and it may complicate matters for some large employers. But insurance CEOs ought to be smiling.
Executives from UnitedHealth certainly showed no signs of worry on the mid-July day that Senate Democrats proposed to help pay for reform with a new tax on the insurance industry.
Instead, UnitedHealth parked a shiny 18-wheeler outfitted with high-tech medical gear near the Capitol and invited members of Congress aboard. Inside the mobile diagnostic center, which enables doctors to examine distant patients via satellite television, Representative Jim Matheson didn't disguise his wonderment. "Fascinating, fascinating," said the Democrat from Utah. "Amazing."
UnitedHealth wowed the pols with its high-tech mobile diagnostic center.

Obama Care - Seize Power & Limit Rights
Michael Connelly who is a Constitutional Lawyer and has read the entire health care bill and has some comments, not about the bill, but about the effects on our Constitution. It's a broader picture than just health care reform. In six short paragraphs, the mystery behind Obama Health Care is explained.
This legislation really has no intention of providing affordable health care choices. Instead, it is a convenient cover for the most massive transfer of power to the Executive Branch of government that has ever occurred, or even been contemplated. If this law or a similar one is adopted, major portions of the Constitution of the United States will effectively have been destroyed.
The first thing to go will be the masterfully crafted balance of power between the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches of the U.S. Government. The Congress will be transferring to the Obama Administration authority in a number of different areas over the lives of the American people and the businesses they own. The irony is that the Congress doesn't have any authority to legislate in most of those areas to begin with or regulate health care. The paragraph below is really frightening.
This legislation also provides for access by the appointees of the Obama administration of all of your personal health care information, your personal financial information, and the information of your employer, physician, and hospital. All of this is a direct violation of the specific provisions of the 4th Amendment to the Constitution protecting against unreasonable searches and seizures. You can also forget about the right to privacy. That will have been legislated into oblivion regardless of what the 3rd and 4th Amendments may provide.
If you decide not to have health care insurance or if you have private insurance that is not deemed "acceptable" to the "Health Choices Administrator" appointed by Obama there will be a tax imposed on you. It is called a "tax" instead of a fine because of the intent to avoid application of the due process clause of the 5th Amendment. However, that doesn't work because since there is nothing in the law that allows you to contest or appeal the imposition of the tax, it is definitely depriving someone of property without the "due process of law that are effectively nullified by this law. It doesn't stop there though.
So, there are three of those pesky amendments that the far left hate so much out the original ten in the Bill of Rights. The 9th Amendment that provides: "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people." The 10th Amendment states: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are preserved to the States respectively, or to the people." Under the provisions of this piece of Congressional handiwork neither the people nor the states are going to have any rights or powers at all in many areas that once were theirs to control.
Many more pages could be written about this legislation, but I think you get the idea. This is not about health care; it is about seizing power and limiting rights. Article 6 of the Constitution requires the members of both houses of Congress to "be bound by oath or affirmation" to support the Constitution. If I was a member of Congress I would not be able to vote for this legislation or anything like it without feeling I was violating that sacred oath or affirmation. If I voted for it anyway, I would hope the American people would hold me accountable at the least.

China Agreed to Buy IMF Bonds

The work of the IMF is of three main types: Surveillance involves the monitoring of economic and financial developments with provision of policy advice aimed especially at crisis-prevention. Lends to countries with balance of payments difficulties, to provide temporary financing and to support policies aimed at correcting the underlying problems. Technical assistance and training in its areas of expertise to strengthen the international financial system and preventing and resolving crises of standards and codes of good practice in its areas of responsibility, and to the strengthening of financial sectors. The IMF also plays an important role in the fight against money-laundering and terrorism.
Since the mid-20th century, the de-facto world currency has been the U.S. dollar. In March 2009, People's Bank of China, however, called for "creative reform of the existing international monetary system towards an international reserve currency," believing it would "significantly reduce the risks of a future crisis and enhance crisis management capability." and suggested that the IMF's Special Drawing Rights, a currency basket comprising dollars, euros, yen and could serve as a super-sovereign reserve currency, not easily influenced by the policies of individual countries. Obama disagreed saying the U.S. dollar is too strong now. What is behind Obama's comment, "too strong now"? Hmmn... Did Obama's comment carry any weight at all? Read on.
On July 10, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev illustrated his call for a supranational currency to replace the dollar by pulling from his pocket a sample coin of a “united future world currency.”
“Here it is,” Medvedev told reporters today in L’Aquila, Italy, after a summit of the Group of Eight nations. “You can see it and touch it.”
The coin, which bears the words “unity in diversity,” was minted in Belgium and presented to the heads of G-8 delegations, Medvedev said.
The question of a supranational currency “concerns everyone now, even the mints,” Medvedev said. The test coin “means they’re getting ready. I think it’s a good sign that we understand how interdependent we are.”
Medvedev has repeatedly called for creating a mix of regional reserve currencies as part of the drive to address the global financial crisis, while questioning the U.S. dollar’s future as a global reserve currency. Russia’s proposals for the G-20 meeting in London in April included the creation of a supranational currency.
The Chinese connection: China expects to sell off $2 Trillion in foreign-exchange reserves to buy IMF bonds to reduce its exposure to the U.S. dollar. Extending the IMF practice where members make their contributions in their local currencies, China demonstrated its developing financial strength. Using the yuan, China is the first nation who agreed to purchase $50 Billion in bonds in IMF Special Drawing Rights, the super-sovereign reserve currency funds.
Could it be that if a country wanted to buy goods and services from China that they could borrow the yuan from the IMF, pay interest and use the yuan instead of the U.S. dollar as the trade currency? Hmmn......

Chess Anyone?
In a sense, the litigator thinks of a case as linear, with a clear beginning and end while the trial lawyer looks at his case from the end game. By now, every voter should acknowledge that all moves by Obama, a Harvard University lawyer with lengthy Civil Rights trial experience, should be considered expert in "end-game" tactics. Obama never wastes any play, knows the expected outcome of each and aims all moves toward the final stages of the chess game to win.
Obama wants to pass his Federal Public Health Option Bill intact. So, has Obama devised an end game plan? I believe it is already in play. Obama has appointed a cabinet of 44 Czars now with 7 more to be added, none elected. Obama's strategy is to leak certain Czar profiles to keep his opponents crazy and busy running after these empty suits., i.e., Van Jones, the Green Jobs Czar. Obama is genius because he can then throw another Czar under the bus every week as he continues on with his socialist programs behind all of the brouhaha.
Meanwhile, Obama realizing falling poll numbers relate to his package for a Healthcare Bill legacy has Speaker Peolosi float the "Trigger" option inside Obama's new "Bi-Partisan" Healthcare Insurance Bill package. Speaker Pelosi warns the Insurance Industry that if it cannot regulate itself, then this "Trigger" will fire off the "Public Option" inside this bill. Speaker Pelosi does not mention who mandates the "Trigger" to be pulled. What, is this a Trojan Horse?

LA Times Reports Bias Again

Here's a weird little piece of late-breaking news about the nation's healthcare reform debate:
A 65-year-old man at a Wednesday night California rally supporting President Obama's embattled reform ideas had a finger bitten off during a scuffle with Anti-reform protesters. (It first appears that the Pro-Obama protester had his finger bitten off by the Anti-Obama protester - read on)
Ventura County sheriff's deputies were called to Lynn Road and Hillcrest Drive in Thousand Oaks near Los Angeles, according to TV station KTLA.
There, an estimated 100 supporters of Pro-healthcare reform affiliated with MoveOn.org had gathered as part of a nationwide array of pre-Labor Day rallies to attract attention in support of Obama's reform plans currently before Congress.
Instead, the rally attracted the attention of a group of Anti-healthcare-reform protesters across the street. (Is that a bad thing ?)
Initial police reports say that one Obama Pro-protester moved into the group of Anti-protesters. ("Moved", hardly, he actually had to run across a major eight lane Boulevard to reach those anti-health-care protesters across the street to pick a fight)
Some angry words were exchanged. One protester punched another, a witness told KTLA. (The Anti-Obama supporter threw the punch according to witnesses on live on-the-air radio telecasts because of the overt swearing and threatening action of the Pro-Obama supporter)
A scuffle ensued. And the Obama Pro-protester had a finger bitten off by the Obama Anti-protester. (Not the Truth)

OOPS! Conflicting later reports indicate the biter was actually the Obama Pro-Healthcare proponent and the now nine-fingered man an Obama Anti-Healthcare opponent.

A Trigger or A Switch? Which is it?
The U.S. Government must have the ability to turn off all non-military Internet access while allowing U.S. Governmental Agencies unfettered use that would prevent terrorists from communicating during any assault or so that scenario alleges. As Obama puts it, he wants to have the "trigger" to pull if the United States has another "terrorist attack" and also he adds "other national disasters", disasters not defined as yet by statue, law or actual prior experiences. Obama further offers that it would be restricted and solely used for those purposes only.
This overreaching policy change to our free speech rights through Internet access was floated yesterday at a White House press with little fanfare. So typical of the voluminous Obama babble that constantly flows out of the White House, it almost got missed and is being proposed as an amendment to some bill. What does it really mean?
I believe that it means the end to Free Speech on the Internet for any persons considered by the U.S. Government as terrorists, i.e., persons disagreeing with political figures, persons advocating protests against government ideas, persons blogging anti-government sentiments, persons organizing movements to inspire others to support their positions, persons disseminating educational information to the general population, ad infinitum. Man, those persons sound like American Citizens who enjoy their Freedom of Speech, not terrorists.
The United States has not been attacked since 9/11. If Obama feels that his plans to protect the United States from Terrorism is better than his predecessor, then why does he need this extraordinary measure? Sounds a lot more like his scare mongering again for the $787 Billion Stimulus Package for Obama's Depression to take over private industry.

Where's the Depression?
Despite the Obama rhetoric that the current recession is the worst since the Great Depression, it is greatly overstated and highly misleading. Simply put, the Obama administration wanted to make it appear as though it saved us from an imminent disaster and used this recession as a pretext for arguing this change. Obama chose to heap his enormous $787 Billion Stimulus Package on the United States people in order to redistribute income. It worked!
According to the to Allan Meltzer, Professor of Economics at Carnegie Mellon Institute, we were never close to the 25% unemployment rate in 1932. It should be pointed out that your only safety net then was a soup line. Furthermore, many economists believe this current recession will end before much of the government money takes hold. Whoops Mr. Obama, what's your rush to go out and spend even more and confiscate more American industries?
Many pundits are asking for another stimulus package. The more responsible answer is to demand that the Obama administration revise its fiscal policies and scrap what remains of the stimulus package, reduce corporate tax rates to increase investment, increase productivity by not increasing regulation to lower business costs and enact lower tax rates for all taxpaying citizens.

Obama's Frog Legs
Although it's been rumored that frog legs will literally jump out of a hot skillet; if you heat it up slowly before they can jump, they are cooked. Now, you ask, "What does that have to do me?" You are that frog!
The liberal environmental organizations, their lobbyists along with Members of Congress have crafted legislation that contain the most crippling blows to the free market system ever enacted. They accomplished this destruction through restrictive laws, fines and tax punishment.
What is their recipe? Like experienced Chefs, they turn their fiery rhetoric down to a simmer in front of voters, slowly bake up their ideas and plots behind closed chamber doors and then serve hot their fully cooked up entrees to the public.
Their tasty menu includes delicious dishes such as "Cap and Trade" to control industry and individuals' CO2 carbon footprint through a massive energy tax, "Endangered Species Act" to legislate wildlife conservation by confiscating private property deemed to be publicly owned and "Arctic National Wildlife Refuse Act" to prevent drilling "ANWR", the largest single untapped source of American oil on 2,000 sq acres of land for energy U.S. self-reliance. The United States Government has no pro-business National Energy Policies, Obama's only plans are to relegate us down to an also ran country in the New World Order.

By the way, you do know that the Obama Administration is financing oil exploration off Brazil? You don't? Well, there goes that Obama again, not telling the American public about what he's up to, just going out to do one more thing for his legacy. Sooner or later, LOL, he'll hit on something he can hang his hat on besides our economic ruin. Nah, don't you worry your pretty now! Obama is not financing our tax dollars with any American companies. See, you already feel all better now?
Yeah, the U.S. is going to lend billions of dollars to Brazil's state-owned oil company, Petrobras, to finance their exploration of the huge offshore discovery in Brazil's Tupi oil field in the Santos Basin near Rio de Janeiro.
Brazil's planning minister confirmed that White House National Security Adviser James Jones met this month with Brazilian officials to talk about the loan. This corporate foreign aid may strike some as odd, given that the U.S. Treasury seems desperate for cash and Petrobras is one of the largest corporations in the Americas.
Why not here in Alaska or along the East and West Coasts, which could be our equivalent of the Tupi oil fields? Do you think Obama cut any deals a few months back in that Summit of Americas? Hmmn........

Your COLA is flat?....That's good!
In 2010, for the first time in 35 years, Social Security recipients are not getting a Cost Of Living Adjustment (COLA) added to their checks. How dare this happen to our seniors? AARP, like liberal organizations and lobbists along with Members of Congress are raising hell and screaming for an investigation into how this COLA is calculated. This politically motivated disturbance is quite creative because it deflects attention and blame away from the actual root cause. After all, the very blatant Obama overspending and liberal government largess has depressed our economic spending in all sectors to cause the CPI to drop.
The COLA is based upon the Consumer Price Index (CPI) which is called an inflation indicator. The current economic downturn created this official measure (CPI) to level and even drop by 2.3%, which means that the real purchasing power of the dollar has risen because goods and services are now cheaper. The seniors at present do not have inflation. Therefore, due to a 5.8% COLA increase awarded for 2009, Medicare Part B premiums freezes during any year their is no COLA, when adding all these savings up with the average Social Security check of $1,160/mo. there is a $612 per person benefit or 4.4% increase.
So, the old saying, "Don't shoot the messenger" is so true here. Calculated by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the bearer of bad news should not be held accountable for it.

A Silver Lining in HIG
In that executive order, Obama also created the Special Task Force on Interrogations and Transfer Policies to evaluate US policies on interrogating and transferring detainees. Specifically, it's mission was to analyze whether use of the U.S. Army Field Manual by departments and agencies outside the Army would adequately protect US security, and evaluate US practices on transferring detainees to ensure that those policies don't violate US law or international obligations by handing detainees over to countries where they will face torture.
For interrogations in general, the task force concluded that the Army Field Manual is good enough. Going forward, it is to be used as the guide to how interrogations are conducted by other military and intelligence agencies and departments (this will include the C.I.A.).
As explained by a Dept. of Justice press release, for interrogations of high value detainees, the task force recommends that a High-Value Detainee Interrogation Group (HIG) be created. This group will be combine expertise from the intelligence community (i.e., C.I.A.), the Department of Defense (i.e., the military), and law enforcement (i.e., the FBI, Department of Justice, etc.). It will coordinate, in advance, teams of experienced interrogators, analysts, subject matter experts and linguists to be deployed when the US has an opportunity to interrogate high value detainees. The goal of these interrogations will be prevention of future attacks. However, improved procedures and the involvement of law enforcement in the HIG are supposed to allow such interrogations to better aid criminal prosecutions as well.
ABC News confirms that President Obama signed an executive order implementing the task force's recommendations.
The task force also studied U.S. rendition practices, by which detainees have been rendered to foreign countries where they face torture. In short, renditions will continue, but with requests for monitoring the treatment of detainees by countries whose assurance against torture the US accepts. Ted Kennedy, "A Lion in the Senate"
Senator Ted Kennedy, who died today, was described by many of his colleagues as "A Lion in the Senate". Boy, that certainly was the truth! Ted Kennedy was always "a lying in the Senate." His socialistic programs never told of his prevarications to evade the truth to the American Public on how they did not work but also about the waste, fraud, abuse, and inequities over the years to further promote Teddy's liberal agenda to garner more votes.
It is appears unseemly that anyone should be castigated on the day he dies. However. when so many have so much to say as to sweep multiple travesties under the carpet to hide them is equally wrong too. I will respect Teddy's untimely death today and not mention his numerous misadventures. More so, it is hardly an honorable thing for Madam Speaker Nancy Pelosi to propose on the same day a couple of hours after the Senator's death that her dead Public Option Health Bill could be paired up with Senator Ted Kennedy, another corpse, by naming the bill posthumously for Teddy Kennedy.
I am watching and listening carefully as Barrack Hussein Obama is crafting his speeches to raise Senator Teddy Kennedy higher than his flaming funeral pyre to exalt him to Sainthood. His Holiness Obama must anoint Teddy and name the dead Public Option Health Bill for Teddy Kennedy.
Just wait until the last spade of dirt is turned into Teddy's grave at Arlington National Cemetery. The new onslaught is on with Community Organizers International, COI, ACORN's new moniker, and the Union organizers leading the way with their own staged "Healthcare Debates" for the new Kennedy Health Insurance Bill. LOL!

Well, Obama is off to a week-long vacation in Martha's Vineyard at his $35,000 a week getaway. Hmn.....glad someone has got the bucks to spend that kind of money without figuring out where his next house payment or groceries monies are coming from now.
Oh, I forgot, he doesn't have any house payments or groceries bills now, LOL! Anyway, it is better to stay away out of Washington, DC while the new budget figures come out tomorrow. "Someone" screwed up again, again! LOL! Oh well, our President is no where around to be seen when this happens. Whew! (Just wondered who screwed up?) If con is the opposite of pro, is Congress the opposite of progress?

Though only 45 words long, the First Amendment broadly protects religious liberty, free speech, a free press, and the right to hold protests and complain to the government. Government may not prohibit the expression of an idea simply because society finds the idea offensive or disagreeable.
The proposed "Fairness Doctrine" in radio broadcasting is an attack on every citizen on both sides of the aisle and to all political parties. This will affect everyone, not just one side. Alan Combs, a well known liberal talk show host, said about it, "Better be careful for what you wish for." We need a bi-partisan call for the "Broadcaster Freedom Act" to be enacted. It permanently bans the "Fairness Doctrine". Groups like Media Research Center, UnfairAir.org and DontTouchMyDial.com are organizations that can give you more information.
A recent University of Connecticut study found that 45 percent of high-schoolers believe the First Amendment goes too far in protecting such rights as freedom of speech and the press. Do you think these kids are getting any U.S. history or U.S. government classes to appreciate what democracy is all about? Take a look at school books today and you see a lot of diversity and little national pride taught.
I was watching C-Span this morning and caught the tail end of an interview with Brian Jennings about his new book. I have seen it at the bookstores prominently displayed and it intrigued me. Below is a brief bio of who Jennings is and about his book.
This week veteran Talk radio programmer Brian Jennings is returning to broadcasting’s front lines to head up programming for a trio of Portland, Oregon radio stations. Brian Jennings has enjoyed success and national notoriety as the author of the bestselling book, Censorship: The Threat To Silence Talk Radio.
According to Jennings' interview, Obama is not going to the voters head-on and will attempt an end-play to get his "Fairness Doctrine" implemented. So, Obama has honed his peculiar skill of perception or discernment of appreciating and doing what is required by circumstances. He is the consummate chess player who recognizes patterns, memorizes them and uses them to put his opponent's King in check before the game begins.
The "Fairness Doctrine", through its implementation of Local Programming Advisory Boards, officials will mandate to the broadcasting stations what is appropriate programming. The Object of My Affection
George Clooney, Sr., a columnist of the Cincinnati Post, father of George Clooney Jr., is a paid announcer for the liberal National Public Broadcasting Channel to solicit new donations for more private taxpayer funds for the Federally funded television stations with an obvious Left Wing bias .
Tonight, George Sr. sang during a "station Break" to the tune of "The object of my affection can change my complexion from white to rosy red anytime she holds my hand and tells me that she's mine" by Pinky Tomlin. I had to really, really laugh out loud! George had NO clue that he had teamed up with an ultra- conservative Republican! How rich is that?
I knew that musical composer and was present in his home down the street from mine in Westwood Hills, CA when Pinky Tomlin, an ardent Republican, allowed my mother to rewrite his lyrics to use them in the Nixon for Governor race in California in 1962 . I personally sat in Pinky Tomlin's living room as he strummed on his guitar and sang the lyrics.
Pinky sang, " You are the object of my affection when you can change the state's complexion from Brown (Democrat Governor Edmond G. "Pat" Brown, Sr.) to crystal clear, you don't need the "New Frontier" (Referring to JKF's New Frontier Campaign) , Dick Nixon is just fine." Obviously, this is many years ahead and before the Watergate scandals, but others were still on the horizon too. (Hello?, "I did not not have sex with that women.") LOL!

I knew that musical composer and was present in his home down the street from mine in Westwood Hills, CA when Pinky Tomlin, an ardent Republican, allowed my mother to rewrite his lyrics to use them in the Nixon for Governor race in California in 1962 . I personally sat in Pinky Tomlin's living room as he strummed on his guitar and sang the lyrics.
Pinky sang, " You are the object of my affection when you can change the state's complexion from Brown (Democrat Governor Edmond G. "Pat" Brown, Sr.) to crystal clear, you don't need the "New Frontier" (Referring to JKF's New Frontier Campaign) , Dick Nixon is just fine." Obviously, this is many years ahead and before the Watergate scandals, but others were still on the horizon too. (Hello?, "I did not not have sex with that women.") LOL!
Times haven't changed over the last 46 years, just the names, Hello?, Barrack Hussein Obama!
King Obama Rx for Health-Care Bill
After Labor day, Senate leaders will review their options including a 60% chance to use the split-bill tactic. Democrats also have intraparty differences. Liberals call it a "public option", the White House calls it a "preferred option" and the Finance Committee calls it a "bad idea". Whatever it is called, there will be little, if any, Republican support.
Showing wisdom like King Solomon, Obama's Rx is to "cut the bill in two" and proceed under the reconciliation process that lets legislation pass with a filibuster-proof 51 votes.
And now, in Obama's own political world, here will come Robert Gibbs, White House Press Secretary, with the official spin to this story, "In what is surely a tribute for Obama's bold decision, voters will reward Obama with reelection as he rules "with wisdom and discernment in great measure, with understanding as vast as the sands of the seashore" and that quote comes right out of the Bible, so you can really believe it!"
So, the Judgment of Solomon, it turns out, should be held up not as a paradigm of splitting the difference but of using political maneuvering to flush out posturing and do what's right. If that happens, then the term can be used in the sense of its dictionary definition—"showing wisdom or discernment." Federal Health Plans - Pride goes before a fall...
The proverb "pride goes before a fall" is thought to sum up the modern definition of hubris. Hubris denotes a person's overbearing pride evidenced by a superior manner toward inferiors; it is often associated with a lack of humility, not always with the lack of knowledge and often implies that suffering or punishment will follow them. It is the perfect plot for an ancient Greek tragedy....or could that happen now?
The interesting syllogy above forms deductive reasoning consisting of a major premise, a minor premise, and a conclusion; for example, Pride goes before the fall, the major premise, Obama boasts Hubris, the minor premise, therefore, Obama will fall, the conclusion.
With hubris, Obama promises his cure-all remedies of the "Public Option Plan" choice for patients who are now currently insured can keep their private plans. Obama now brags up the "Socialized Federal Health National Co-Op Plan" choice as the alternative panacea for all of those forgotten "Pre-existing conditions" patients and "Uninsured" patients.
What Obama does not explain to these sub-par inferior patients is that they are about to be thrown away into the National Insurance Industry's dumping grounds. The quality of this new "Socialized Federal Health National Co-Op Plan" is set much lower with single payer rates for all their services. This means less doctor services, less medicine dispensed, less diagnostic tests done and less medical procedures performed. Well, how else can Obama pay for these new patients and services anyway? You have to keep the patient expenses in check to keep those costs down. Pay MORE taxes? Duh, that is a given too! Anyhow, WHO are you to question anything Mr. Obama so beneficently does for you anyway, Huh?
Now wait until the other current patients "under private plans" find out they will be forced into this new "Socialized Federal Health National Co-Op Plan" too! It is going to happen in the blink of an eye!

"Don't tell me words don't matter," Obama said to Wisconsin Democrats. "'I have a dream' -- just words. 'We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal' -- just words. 'We have nothing to fear but fear itself' -- just words. Just speeches." Now, about those pesky little words.......
Did you know that Audacity has TWO dictionary definitions? -- Just words? But, it is telling of a man's true demeanor especially as it reflects on his character.
1. The Audacity of Hope: Thoughts on Reclaiming the American Dream, a book by Senator Obama boasted of his daring or willingness to challenge assumptions or conventions or tackle something difficult or dangerous. A book written with all talk, no walk as they say.
2. The Audacity of Impudence: Lack of Respect in One's behavior towards Other Persons. Witnessing the shoddy respect that the President of the United States has for anyone who opposes him by negatively labeling them as misfits and worse, Obama has earned this title for Audacity.
I propose a third definition:
3. The Audacity of Irrogance: Attitude of Superiority manifested in an overbearing manner. There is the other side of the coin, the other side of the street, the other guy's opinion and in Obama's Playbook for Life the other side doesn't count in the least.
Case in point: Obama listened to Republican responses about his stimulus package during a meeting with congressional leaders in January 2009 - but he also left no doubt about who's in charge of these negotiations. Obama's answer back? "I won", Obama noted matter-of-factly. How Presidential was that? End of discussion, game over.
So, do you really think that Obama and the Democrats are going to look for any bi-partisanship support for their Healthcare Bill? They better look for new jobs come next election and, by the way, has term limits legislation reared its ugly head again? LOL!

Reasons Why the 2010 Elections are So Important
The CakeLog received this email that points out the unregulated compliance issues about the Obama Programs to Federally control all of the United States Economy with total disregard to the Constitution. Read these eleven points below and ask yourself, How many times has Obama achieved his liberal goals without any resistance?

What would you say if I gave you 11 reasons why the elections in 2010 will be the most important in the history of the United States ?
1. What if I had told you in October 2008, before the last presidential election, that before Barack Obama's first 100 days in office, the federal government would be in control of both the mortgage and the banking industries? That 19 of America 's largest banks would be forced to undergo stress tests by the federal government which would determine if they were insufficiently capitalized, so they must be supervised by the government?
Would you have said, "C'mon, that will never happen in America ."
2. What if I had told you that within Barack Obama's first 100 days in office the federal government would be the largest shareholder in the US Big-Three automakers: GM, and Chrysler? That the government would kick out the CEO's of these companies and appoint hand-picked executives with zero experience in the auto industry and that executive compensation would be determined, not by a Board of Directors, but by the government?
Would you have said, "C'mon, that will never happen in America !"
3. What if I had told you that Barack Obama would appoint 21 Czars, without congressional approval, accountable only to him, not to the voters, who would have control over a wide range of US policy decisions. That there would be a Stimulus Accountability Czar, an Urban Czar, a Compensation Czar, an Iran Czar, an Auto Industry Czar, a Cyber Security Czar, an Energy Czar, a bank bailout Czar, and more than a dozen other government bureaucrats with unchecked regulatory powers over US domestic and foreign policy.

4. What if I had told you that the federal deficit would be $915 billion in the first six months of the Obama presidency - with a projected annual deficit of $1.75 trillion - triple the $454.8 billion in 2008, for which the previous administration was highly criticized by Obama and his fellow Democrats. That congress would pass Obama's $3.53 trillion federal budget for fiscal 2010... That the projected deficit over the next ten years would be greater than $10 trillion.

5. What if I had told you that the Obama Justice Department would order FBI agents to read Miranda rights to high-value detainees captured on the battlefield and held at US military detention facilities in Afghanistan . That Obama would order the closing of the Guantanamo detention facility with no plan for the disposition of the 200-plus individuals held there. That several of the suspected terrorists at Guantanamo would be sent to live in freedom in Bermuda at the expense of the US government. That our returning US veterans would be labeled terrorists and put on a watch list.
Would you have said, "C'mon, that will never happen in America !"
6. What if I had told you that the federal government would seek powers to seize key companies whose failures could jeopardize the financial system. That a new regulatory agency would be proposed by Obama to control loans, credit cards, mortgage-backed securities, and other financial products offered to the public.
Would you have said, "C'mon, that will never happen in America !!"
7. What if I had told you that Obama would travel to the Middle East, bow before the Saudi king, and repeatedly apologize for America 's past actions. That he would travel to Latin America where he would warmly greet Venezuela's strongman Hugo Chavez and sit passively in the audience while Nicaraguan Marxist thug Daniel Ortega charged America with terrorist aggression in Central America .
Would you have said, "C'mon, that will never happen in America !!"
8. Okay, now what if I were to tell you that Obama wants to dismantle conservative talk radio through the imposition of a new "Fairness Doctrine." That he wants to curtail the First Amendment rights of those who may disagree with his policies via internet blogs, cable news networks, or advocacy ads. That most major network television and most newspapers will only sing his phrases like state-run media in communist countries?
Would you say, "C'mon, that will never happen in America !!!"
9. What if I were to tell you that the Obama Justice Department is doing everything it can to limit your Second Amendment rights to keep and bear arms. That the federal government wants to reinstate the so-called assault weapons ban which would prohibit the sale of any type of firearm that doesn't require the shooter to pull the trigger every time a round is fired. That Obama's Attorney General wants to eliminate the sale of virtually all handguns and ammunition, which most citizens choose for self-defense.
Would you say, "C'mon, that will never happen in America !!!"
10. What if I were to tell you that the Obama plan is to eliminate states rights guaranteed by the Tenth Amendment and give the federal government sweeping new powers over policies currently under the province of local and state governments and voted on by the people. That Obama plans to control the schools, energy production, the environment, health care, and the wealth of every US citizen.
Would you say, "C'mon, that will never happen in America !"
11. What if I were to tell you that the president, the courts, and the federal government have ignored the US Constitution and have seized powers which the founders of our country fought to restrict. That our last presidential election may have been our last truly free election for some time to come. That our next presidential election may look similar to the one recently held in Iran .. (And maybe under review by ACORN.)
I know, I know what you will say. "That will never happen in America !"
If we don't do everything in our power to stop this madness in 2010...
May God have mercy on our worthless souls.
